Totally Tinctures!

There are many ways to consume cannabis, most commonly it is smoking or edibles. But have you ever switched up your same old routine and tried one of our six different tinctures?

What are Tinctures?

Our tinctures are made by using solvents like alcohol, coconut oil, olive oil, or honey to pull the terpenes and cannabinoids like CBD and THC from the plant.

Why Tinctures?

People often choose tinctures is because of its potentially fast-acting properties. Tinctures can be used sublingually, or dropped directly beneath the tongue where it will then be absorbed faster into the bloodstream through the mucus membranes in your mouth. Thus, feeling the effects faster, specifically in 20-30 minutes, rather than up to two hours like with an edible being digested through the liver.

However, tinctures can be consumed like an edible too - for example we love our more niche tinctures which can be used cook with or to put into drinks or cannabis “mocktails”. For example our olive oil, CBD honey, or ganja tonic tincture.

Tinctures pose as a more user-friendly option in regard to dosing as well. Unlike eating an edible, where taking less than one serving may be hard to gage (or too hard resist!), you are better able to take exactly half of a dosage, or even less than, without making any mistakes. Additionally, one of our tincture bottles comes with 150-300mg of THC per bottle which is far more than any of our edible options which could be a great benefit for our medical patients or any of our customers who have a higher cannabis tolerance or are heavy cannabis users.

Stop by our store anytime from 10AM-7PM to give our tinctures a try!
